Heather Haithcock, ACSW
Heather Haithcock is a compassionate and dedicated associate clinical social worker with extensive experience supporting children, families, and adults through life’s challenges. Her work spans a wide range of needs, including ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, divorce, and grief. She is deeply committed to creating a safe, affirming space where individuals feel seen, heard, and empowered to share their stories.
In addition to her work with youth and families, Heather has supported adults navigating complex mental health concerns and significant life transitions. Assisting patients facing homelessness, serious medical diagnoses, and crisis situations, offering both emotional support and practical resources in moments of great vulnerability.
Grounded in a client-centered approach, Heather considers the influence of each person’s environment and circumstances on their overall well-being. She integrates evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), with a solution-focused mindset to tailor her support to each individual’s needs. Above all, Heather is passionate about fostering resilience and guiding her clients toward lasting growth and positive change.
