Nancy Villa, ACSW, PPSC

I am an Associate Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping children, teens, and adults discover their strengths and create lasting change. For more than four years I have had the privilege of supporting people from diverse backgrounds as they navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions.

I earned my Master of Social Work degree from California State University, Fullerton, with a focus in Community Mental Health. My approach is warm and collaborative, I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, valued, and supported.

In our work together, I draw from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Play Therapy, Mindfulness, and Strengths-based strategies. I tailor treatment to each person’s unique needs and goals, encouraging resilience, confidence, and self-compassion along the way.

I believe that healing happens when we feel heard and empowered. My hope is to walk alongside you as you build the tools to navigate life with greater clarity and peace.
